Pricing

All prices on this website are listed in U.S. Dollars. Where products are offered for sale, prices do not include shipping or handling, which shall be charged on all orders as applicable and will be indicated at the time of your order. Sales tax is estimated at the time the product is purchased.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or other error in pricing, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the products listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed or accepted and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Avero Supplies' evaluation process takes approximately 6-8 weeks to complete. At the end of this time, a representative from Avero Supplies may contact you with a response if we're interested to further communicate with you.

Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from any and all Avero Supplies website(s) and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from Avero Supplies if in Avero Supplies’ sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this website and any and all other Avero Supplies website(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.

Notice and procedure for making claims of copyright infringement
